WELCOME TO WEEK 2
This is a video from 2015 that I created when I first knew it was a part of my dharma to share mantras with the world. This video, I hope is an example of how far our voice can be honed with our frequencies by our attention to our spiritual path, growth, maturity, and becoming an instrument of healing through our intention. I have a very different voice now with very different tones. Our experiences shape who we are and this is a beautiful example of that — plus there is a purity in what I share in this transmission…

OM NAMAH SHIVAYA GURAVE - Chanting Practice
Additional Chanting Practice Tracks
The entire album, Invocation can be played as an homage to this prayer as it was adopted by the Anusara Yoga community to begin their morning classes.
I believe the community has since dissolved, but it was birthed during the 90’s yoga scene in California by John Friend.

Our intention for this week
You get to choose to sing with many of these tracks or just pick one. Let it infuse your soul. Please listen at least one time, every day this week.
Record your insights and what you notice and bring them to our temple space together.
Om Namah Shivaya Gurave
I shared this mantra for the first time at my first workshop that I ever taught at a festival in 2013. It was what I used to close a ritual energy practice called, Cleansing Your Etheric Wings. This mantra is very dear to my soul. I hope you enjoy!
I am not the mind, the intellect, the ego or the memory,
I am not the ears, the skin, the nose or the eyes,
I am not space, not earth, not fire, water or wind,
I am the form of consciousness and bliss,
I am Shiva. I am Shiva
